Please take you time in reading this and earnestly pray for God’s truth regarding this still controversial subject.

In Genesis chapter 46, Jacob leaves Canaan and goes to Egypt.

When the origins of the holiday Easter are discussed, most Christians do not seem to care that its roots have nothing to do with Jesus Christ, the resurrection, or his death at Calvary any more than the origins of Christmas have nothing to do with the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem.

After having read this passage many times over the years, I found myself doing the same a few years ago, only this time something “jumped out” at me while reading the verse. It said:

A scriptural guide to understanding how to make it work and why so often it doesn’t.

Before I attempt to explain what I believe is a logical and yet esoteric explanation of just who these sealed servants are, let me say I do not claim to be the final authority on the subject.

I believe the Bible teaches a pre-tribulation rapture of the New Testament Church not just because of a couple of verses but in fact a systematic understanding of typology stretching from Genesis to Revelation.
